ITG Advisory Services is a small, independent consultancy. We advise trading firms, research laboratories, and complex technical programs on architecture, operations, and risk decisions where the cost of getting it wrong is high.
Our work is senior-led and deliberately narrow in scope. We take on a limited number of engagements at a time so that the people you meet at the start are the people doing the work.

ITG Advisory Services is an independent firm. We are not affiliated with any vendor, exchange, or capital provider, and we do not resell software or take referral fees. Our only product is advice, and our only obligation is to the client.
Our principals have spent their careers building and running technical systems in trading, research, and large-scale program environments, and each engagement is led by one of them directly.

How We Work
Every engagement follows the same basic shape. Clients know what they are buying, what it will cost, and what they will have in hand at the end.

Initial conversation A short call to understand the problem and confirm whether we are the right firm for it. If we are not, we say so and, where we can, point you to someone who is.

Scoping memo A written proposal covering objectives, the questions we will answer, who will do the work, timeline, and a fixed fee or retainer structure.

Engagement Reviews, interviews, and analysis on site or remotely, with regular working sessions so there are no surprises in the final report.

Findings and follow-through A written report with prioritized recommendations, a readout with the relevant decision-makers, and optional follow-on support while changes are implemented.

We are a small firm and hire selectively. We do not maintain a public list of open roles, but we are always interested in hearing from experienced practitioners in the following areas:
